About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice and Chat process. The role involves assisting global customers by resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills and are interested in building a career in the customer support domain.
Candidates will work with international customers across voice and chat support channels while maintaining service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to international clients through voice and chat channels
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Ensure high-quality service standards during all customer interactions
- Maintain professionalism while handling queries and complaints
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Follow company guidelines and quality processes for all interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to appropriate teams when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills preferred
