About the Role
We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Team Lead in International Customer Support and Service Desk operations. This role involves leading a team of support executives, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining smooth customer and technical support operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, experience managing support teams, and the ability to maintain service quality and performance metrics.
Candidates will work closely with operations, quality, and support teams to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of customer support or service desk executives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the support team
- Monitor team performance and maintain service quality standards
- Support team members in resolving complex customer or technical issues
- Ensure adherence to company processes and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct team coaching, feedback sessions, and performance monitoring
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates as required
- Drive team productivity and continuous process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years of overall experience
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead (on papers)
- Experience in International Customer Support or Service Desk processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and handle operational responsibilities
- Experience working in rotational shifts preferred
